DINING ROOMS

BEFORE

Obviously this is an elegant dining room, with beautiful wood work. Our job was to enhance its beauty and structure

AFTER

The walls were upholstered in raw silk, the sheers are unbleached linen, and the silk draperies with detailed trim-work are the perfect "finishing touch".

BEFORE

Amber, gold and rusit reds are the color scheme in this inviting dining room. The tuscan look was warm and inviting but the owner was ready for a more contemporary concept.

AFTER

Isn't this quite a change? The deep fawn colored walls, the fawn, cream, and black draperies and area rug create the perfect fresh transitional look the owners wanted. Even the original furniture looks more up to date.

BEFORE

A routunda area for the table and chairs and what will be a fabulous view.

AFTER

The decision was to custom make a table base and add a smoke glass top to keep the spacious feeling. The chairs are from the Better Homes and Garden Collection and the stain on the set matches the kitchen cabinets. The woven
roller blinds with a canister valance from our Abbey Collection are the perfect compliment to this décor.

The color red stimulates converstion and the appetite. This Dining Room is the perfect traditional setting for both. The silk, large block panels seem to float on the floor.

The deep wall color is in high contrast to the lighter color window coverings emphasizing the fabulous Hunter Douglas Shutters and side panels.

The fresh aqua wall color is the perfect background to the dark wood furniture. The windows have a tunnel sheer-just enough to give some privacy. The horizontal silk panels are "yummy" and a perfect color blend of aqua, chocolate, and cream.

Although these french doors lead to the deck and pool area, they still needed a beautiful window treatment because they are part of the dining room setting. Crinkle under panels and a paisley upholstery weight fabric on the swags take in the colors in the room.

Isn't this simple and fabulous? Dark wood, cream chairs and an artfully arranged centre piece are so inviting to look at. The threesome picture arrangement on the long wall adds to the overall beauty of this room.

Although this dining room is small, we created space by using a large mirror inset into the side wall. The glass table also gives the illusion of more space. Our color comes from the soft green upholstery on the chairs.
